We currently accept Cash and GCash payments at all our branches.
Yes! You can reschedule or change your booking up to 12 hours before your appointment time. Just follow the instructions in your confirmation email or call your branch directly.
We understand emergencies happen. Please give us a quick call to inform us, and we’ll gladly assist in rescheduling.
Yes! Kids’ cuts are available for children under 10, daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Hair Services
Yes — we provide free color consultations to ensure the best result. You can book these over the phone.
No. Toners, Olaplex, and other treatments are add-ons and can be requested when booking or during your appointment.
Massage Services
Yes. Please inform the receptionist if you:
- Are pregnant
- Had recent surgery (last 12 months)
- Are experiencing pain or body discomforts
This helps us adjust your massage safely.
Skin Care Services
Let your assigned technician know if you have any skin allergies, conditions, or had recent cosmetic procedures or tattoos. Your safety is our priority.

Refund Policy
We don’t offer cash refunds, but if something didn’t go as expected, we’ll gladly provide either:
- A complimentary re-do, or
- A gift card of equal value
- All cases are handled by our Client Care Team.
Fair Complaints Notice:
If a pattern of repeated refund requests is detected, we may deactivate your account and reserve the right to take action where necessary.

We never charge online — payment is done only at the salon.
